In September 2011, Save the Children, with USAID and other funds, developed the Goat Production Center of the Western Highlands (Centro de Producción Caprina Del Altiplano) known by its Spanish acronym – CEPROCAL. Save the Children is looking to hire a consultant who is experienced in development-context livelihoods, financial analysis and market-systems assessments and planning, and bilingual in Spanish and English to: a) conduct an assessment of CEPROCAL’s financial, management, and business operations and needs; and, b) identify how and to what extent (i.e., how many) PAISANO and other beneficiaries would benefit from linkages to CEPROCAL. The work product should include an analysis of potential income generation, supply and demand options, as they relate to PAISANO beneficiaries. Please refer to the TOR on the attached link below for more information. http://www.fsnnetwork.org/consultancy-save-children-guatemala-ceprocal-assessment
