Objetivo de la contratación.

· Gestionar y dar asistencia técnica a las actividades de agua y saneamiento relacionados con la respuesta a la emergencia por el niño costero en los departamentos de Piura y Lambayeque.

Perfil Requerido

Profesional titulado en ingeniería civil o sanitaria.

· Experiencia de trabajo en diseño y ejecución de proyectos de agua y saneamiento, particularmente en el área rural, y en instituciones públicas o privadas especialmente en organizaciones de ayuda humanitaria.

· Disponibilidad a tiempo completo para trabajar en Lambayeque y Piura por los meses que se requiera.

· Debe contar con experiencia en ejecución de proyectos con componentes de soporte institucional y/o comunal, para la gestión de las obras implementadas.

· Ser proactivo, saber desenvolverse en equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajar bajo presión.

Tareas y Responsabilidades del Puesto

· Ser responsable de gestionar los aspectos técnicos de ingeniería, brindando asistencia y conocimiento técnicos en lo referente a las soluciones de abastecimiento de agua potable de manera permanente en las localidades de localidades de intervención.

· Proponer opciones técnicas para implementación de alternativas de solución del agua en las comunidades de intervención.

· Brindar acompañamiento y asesoramiento técnico a las familias seleccionadas en el marco del proyecto para la implementación de las opciones de abastecimiento de agua y saneamiento que incluye la construcción de letrinas.

· Dar asistencia técnica a las actividades comunitarias de la promoción de prácticas saludables relacionadas con higiene y agua segura

· Coordinar con los equipos locales y de la sede, autoridades locales y otras organizaciones trabajando en las zonas

· Elaborar informes mensuales sobre actividades.

Duración

· Será por un periodo de 02 meses, con posibilidad de extensión, con base en Chiclayo o Piura con viajes frecuentes. Parte integral de estos términos de referencia es el Código de Conducta del Movimiento Internacional de la Cruz Roja y Media Luna Roja.

This position will report to the project’s Chief of Party and will work closely with members of the CIP team. The User/Client Engagement Lead will be based in the Amazonian Region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The position will be responsible for ensuring that all SERVIR activities:
  • Develop approaches and templates that guide systematic user engagement as well as working closely with other key personnel to define roles and responsibilities for completing user engagement tasks.

This position will be based in the Amazonian Region and will involve work in Latin America, with focus on the target counties of the project (Peru, Brazil and Colombia), and occasional travel to other countries and regions as required. The M&E specialist will form part of CIP’s Project Management Unit (PMU), and will report to the Head of the PMU.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with other project staff in CIP and in other participating institutions, the M&E specialist will be the responsible for the design and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation systems, including:

· Develop and maintain the project M&E plan based on results framework, related indicators and annual plan of work;

· Support the design, development and implementation of an M&E platform supporting planning, monitoring, reporting, learning and evaluation processes;

· Support the development and dissemination of training materials for the use of the M&E platform.

· Design and implement harmonized data collection tools for different level of indicators across project activities and institutions;

· Facilitate the integration of disaggregated data in the planning, monitoring, evaluation and budgeting process;

· Training of project team members and partners on the M&E platform and the use of data collection tools developed to facilitate their adoption and proper use;

· Conduct regular validation of data reported by project team members and partners;

· Regularly prepare consolidated monitoring reports at required project levels and provide timely M&E information as input for project staff to develop specific recommendations for corrective actions of the project;

· Coordinate and promote the use of qualitative and quantitative evaluative approaches for M&E.

Selection Criteria:

· Post-graduate qualification, at least at M.Sc. level, in fields such as International Development, Environmental and Earth Sciences and Engineering, Geography, Forestry, Climatology, Anthropology, Agricultural Economics, or Gender Studies. Publications in relevant fields are desirable.

· Relevant work experience in design of projects or programs and experience with developing and managing complex M&E systems.

· Experience in working with multi-partner projects in the Agricultural and Environmental R&D area, with emphasis on environmental conservation under the context of climate change.

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

· Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is desirable.

· Competencies in collecting, analyzing, and reporting disaggregated data, preferably in the context of agricultural research and natural resource management including both qualitative and quantitative research methods;

  • Participar en las reuniones convocadas con la comunidad para lograr un buen entendimiento de las temáticas relacionadas a la salud mental y el bienestar psisocial de la población;
  • Incorporar un adecuado enfoque diferencial y ajuste de las metodologías para asegurar que sean culturalmente adecuadas al contexto;

(ii) Atención psicológica

  • Proveer tratamiento psicosocial a través de consultas psicológicas individuales manteniendo y sistematizando historias clínicas de los pacientes atendidos, llevar un adecuado seguimiento de los casos abiertos y cerrados. Remitir casos más complicados de acuerdo a las normativas establecidas por la organización a proveedores de servicios médicos especializados.

  • Dirigir sesiones psicoeducativas con equipos conformados por otros psicólogos/as y trabajadores/as sociales en lugares afectados por el conflicto y/o desplazamiento.

(iv) General:

  • Apoyar la formación del equipo y fortalecer las capacidades en salud mental y atención psicosocial para aumentar y mejorar sus habilidades necesarias para la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto;
  • Promover activamente y fortalecer relaciones interinstitucionales con las autoridades y otras organizaciones locales;
  • Participación activa en las reuniones de coordinación y planificación de HAI;
  • Asistir con la elaboración de procedimientos que aseguren que el proyecto cumple con las normas profesionales locales y las de HAI;
  • Mantener la confidencialidad con cualquier información intercambiada, facilitada o creada durante y después del programa;
  • Contribuir a fomentar espacios/ambientes de trabajo, así como participar activamente en la construcción de nuevas estrategias que garanticen la operatividad no sólo técnica, sino humana del proyecto;

Demás funciones o tareas que el equipo de Dirección considere necesarias y que correspondan al cargo desempeñado y a las capacidades de la persona empleada.

Educación

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Estudios universitarios en psicología; posgrado en psicología clínica (Especialización o Maestría).

  • Experiencia en investigación, se valorará estudios de doctorado.

  • Habilidad demostrada en la atención con sensibilidad y competencia cultural y de género; Preferiblemente especialización en trabajo comunitario con enfoque diferencial afro e indígena y/o de género.

  • Experiencia en trabajo humanitario, ofreciendo atención a víctimas de emergencias en entornos urbanos y/o rurales complejos.

    Se valorará positivamente:

  • Amplia visión del oficio clínico y claridad en modelos terapéuticos;

Conocimientos en psicología y trauma, psicología intercultural y/o etno-psiquiatría

Experiencia

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia clínica;

  • Experiencia previa en trabajo en el ámbito de los derechos humanos y particularmente con población afrodescendiente e indígena, población en situación de desplazamiento y/o víctimas del conflicto armado;

  • Experiencia humanitaria y flexibilidad en entornos complejos, trabajando con diversas comunidades étnicas y campesinas.

    Se valorará positivamente:

  • Experiencia en formación y capacitación de comunidades y entidades de salud pública;

  • Experiencia manejando situaciones/incidentes de seguridad complejas;

  • Experiencia con personas LGBTI y sobrevivientes de violencia de género es preferible;

  • Experiencia trabajando en zona tropical y de selva, teniendo que permanecer en la zona durante periodos de varias semanas;

Dominio de inglés.

  • Persona flexible y recursiva en aplicación de modelos terapéuticos breves y particularmente con enfoque diferencial a población afrodescendiente e indígena;
