Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights II (STARR II) IDIQ: Long- and Short-Term Positions
ECODIT is seeking experts interested in long- and short-term positions for projects under the anticipated Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights II (STARR II) IDIQ, which will deliver services in the land and resource governance sector in support of Development Objective One within USAID’s Office of Land and Urban (LU) in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3): Improve land and resource governance and strengthen property rights for all members of society, especially women.
ECODIT is seeking junior, mid- and senior-level experts, including experienced Chiefs of Party (COPs) and Project Managers. Interested candidates must have relevant experience working in land and/or resource governance on donor-funded projects in developing countries. Prior USAID experience is also desirable. The following is an illustrative list of the types of expertise required for the IDIQ. Individuals with significant relevant experience working on similar donor-funded international development projects are also encouraged to apply.
