Description of activities:
Under the supervision of the Head of Office, the intern will be asked to perform the following activities:

Maintain update records of the activities conducted and POCs assisted by UNHCR and IP in the area of responsibility (AOR) of FO Peten (FOPET).

Support preparation of comprehensive, timely and updated analysis on population flow, population profile, assistance provided.

Developed geo-referred analysis with reference to the different strategic point in the AOR of FOPET.
-
Develop and maintain maps related to main protection risks and services available to the POCs in the AOR.

Support the preparation of fact-sheet, weekly-monthly reports, info-graphics, presentations, etc.

Support with the translation of documents.

Requirements:
-
University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Journalism, Statistic, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience with refugees and/or other people of concern in a similar capacity, including experience in the field.

Language abilities in both Spanish and English.

Availability for minimum 3 to 6 months from date of assignment.

Capacity to adapt to the requirements of the operation and to be a good team player.

Respect for diversity and capacity to work in stressful contexts.
