The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in our central London office near Trafalgar Square.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM who can skillfully partner with the business and technology functions to elicit, analyze, translate and document requirements; in which you'll join a highly talented IT team and help deliver a key project using Agile methodology. The project you will be supporting has been prioritized as part of our new strategy and will develop, deploy and embed a standardized project management process and associated methodology right across our business, which operates in over 60 countries.
In order to be successful you will have:
· The ability to understand and manage stakeholder requirements/drivers and project expectations
· Experience of using the Taleo system
· Proven business requirements gathering and process/workflow analysis skills
· Demonstrable ability to write high quality requirements / user stories
· Ability to identify skills gaps in target user groups and work with the change management team to formulate capacity building plans
· Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
· Experience with UX/UI design including wireframe and rapid prototype development
· Proven experience in facilitating productive workshops, preferable in multi-cultural contexts
· An understanding of modelling techniques, such as unified modelling language
On a personal level you'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and cultural awareness.
