· Proven 100% written and oral fluency in English – Mandatory.
· Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
· Solid Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office package (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and Email. Excellent clerical skills.
· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to organize.
· Delivers on set objectives in accordance with relevant work plans and procedures.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, multi-ethnic environment and to maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
Education and Experience:
• Completed secondary education required;
• Diploma in Human Resources, Social Sciences and/or related field is an advantage.
• Four years of working experience with secondary education; two years of working experience with Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Human Resources handling recruitment, payroll and benefits administration.
