The LAC Regional Child Sponsorship and Program Quality Assurance Advisor (CSP&PQA Advisor) supports sponsorship fields in LAC to implement Sponsorship funded programs in alignment to CFCT and regional and country strategies. The goals of this position are to improve the timeliness and quality of programs and child sponsorship communications in accordance with the organizational guidelines. Liaises between GSC and Fields in order to coordinate and execute the necessary quality standard and requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Result #1 – Child Sponsorship Communications Field Support (45% of the time).

Key Result #2 – Program Management Support in collaboration with Program Directors, Program Managers and Field CS Relations Officers ensure sponsorship funding is properly managed according to sponsorship guidelines. (45% of the time).

Key Result #3 – Participates in the Program Quality Council (PQC) and related initiatives (10 % of the time).
